My name is Jeff Rose and I am a 38 year old male. I have had two back surgeries (one very major). I have two teen-agers and my wife works, but it is all we can do to make ends meat. Does anyone know if there are any grants out there that would help someone like me? Please help. Any suggestions are appreciated!
